At Golden Links Lodge we have 2 Physicians who provide weekly visits to the residents. They work in conjunction with the RN’s and LPN’s to ensure optimal health of our residents. They are also available on an on call basis for any medical needs.
Our goal is to improve quality of care and independence for older patients. Factors discussed include reducing transition and handoff errors, ensuring proper use of medical devices, managing medication, and optimizing home health settings.
